Montgomery Advisory is seeking a junior to mid-level M&A; lawyer to join the Sydney corporate team. You will work on high-profile takeovers, schemes of arrangement, and mergers, reporting to senior practitioners and gaining exposure to major transactions.

The role offers opportunities across national and Asia deals within a leading corporate practice. 2–4 years' experience and knowledge of the Corporations Act Chapter 6 are preferred.
