Humanity Allied Health are seeking a dedicated Provisional Psychologist to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing psychological support and assessments to enhance workplace wellbeing and safety. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting mental health initiatives and ensuring compliance with health regulations, contributing to a safer and more productive work environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for employees to identify mental health needs.
n
Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to support employee wellbeing.
n
Provide counselling and support services to individuals facing workplace challenges.
n
Collaborate with management to create and promote mental health awareness programmes.
n
Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions in accordance with professional standards.
n
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational psychology.
n
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
n

Qualifications
n
n
A recognised degree in Psychology, with provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
n
Experience in a clinical or organisational psychology setting, preferably within health and safety.
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
n
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
n
Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and techniques.
n
Commitment to ongoing career development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
