About the Role
n
We'relooking forapassionateTeam Leader to managea SupportedIndependent Living (SIL) servicesinParkleaYou'lllead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centredcare that empowers clients to thrive.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.
n
Ensuring homes are safe,welcoming,andcompliant.
n
Leading the development and review of person-centred support plan
n
Ensuring documentation isaccurateand aligned with policy and systemrequirements.
n




Supportingclientsduring NDIS planning and review meetings
n
Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices whererequired
n
Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance andengagement.
n
Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Schedulingteams.
n
2-3 yearsleadership experience in the disability sector
n
Willingness toparticipatein flexible working hours including on call, evenings,weekendsand public holidays
n
Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
n
Excellentorganisational, communication and coaching skills
n
Hold a valid NSW Driver'sLicence(P2/full) and are confident driving Unissonvehicles.
n
Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
n
