Excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Prepress / Finisher to join a well-established on-demand print services company based in Melbourne's Inner City Suburbs.

This is a permanent day shift position suited to someone who enjoys variety and autonomy in their work. You'll be involved across prepress, digital print support and finishing, working in an on-demand setting where accuracy, problem solving and self direction are valued.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Preflight, proof and prepare incoming artwork for production
n
Fix and adjust customer supplied files using Adobe software
n
Support digital print production and basic workflow management
n
Carry out standard digital finishing including laminating, stitching, folding and guillotining
n
Manage your own workload with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
n
n
Key Criteria
n
n
Experience in an on-demand print or quick turnaround print environment preferred
n




Strong prepress skills with the ability to troubleshoot and correct files
n
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
n
Comfortable performing hands-on digital finishing tasks
n
Able to work independently, organised and confident making decisions
n
n

Negotiable for the right person, the remuneration guide is from $30 to $35 per hour
