We're seeking an experienced EHS Business Partner to support our Rowville and Bayswater operations and help drive a proactive, positive safety culture across the business.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting into the EHS function, you'll partner with operational leaders to implement VENTORA's national EHS strategy while providing expert guidance across safety, compliance, risk management and return-to-work activities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Drive EHS objectives and initiatives across the Rowville and Bayswater sites
n
Support managers with hazard identification, risk assessments and compliance requirements
n
Monitor, report and follow up on EHS action plans and performance metrics
n
Lead or support incident investigations and corrective actions
n
Conduct regular workplace inspections and behavioural safety observations
n
Prepare safety reports and contribute to OHS Committee meetings
n
Support housekeeping,



compliance and site improvement initiatives
n
Coordinate Return to Work activities and injury management processes
n
Champion a strong safety culture through coaching, engagement and influence
n
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in a safety role within manufacturing or a similarly complex environment
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
n
Robust understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
n
Experience influencing stakeholders and driving behavioural change
n
Excellent investigation, risk management and problem-solving skills
n
Experience analysing and reporting WHS performance data
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
n
