About the Role
n
We're looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to lead B2B and consumer marketing strategy across our brand portfolio. Based at our Werribee head office, you'll manage multi-channel campaigns, digital content, point-of-sale materials, market research, and commercial stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies supporting domestic and export sales objectives
n
Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, market characteristics, and pricing strategies
n
Develop and deploy content across digital platforms, websites, email, POS, and press materials in line with brand guidelines
n
Partner with distributors, industry bodies,



and internal sales teams to deliver results-driven marketing activity
n
Prepare sales and marketing performance reports for executive leadership
n
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to inform retention and brand loyalty strategies
n
n
About You
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
n
2-3+ years' experience in a marketing specialist, brand, or similar commercial role, ideally within B2B, FMCG, or agribusiness environments
n
Robust analytical skills, with experience in market research, consumer data analysis, and pricing/commodity trend advisory
n
Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to and advising senior leadership
n
A track record of planning and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns, with the ability to measure and report on ROI
n
