We are looking for a motivated, organised and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultantto join our team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys dealing with customers, has strong attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple enquiries and orders in a quick-paced environment.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for managing customers from initial enquiry through to order completion, while providing a high level of service and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
n
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
n
n
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and in-store
n
Providing customers with product information, pricing and availability
n
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Preparing quotes and following up outstanding enquiries
n




Working closely with our warehouse and installation teams to ensure orders are processed correctly
n
Conducting outbound cold calls
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Has excellent communication and customer service skills (Both verbal & written)
n
Has an understanding of Dual Cab Utes.
n
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
n
Can work efficiently while managing multiple tasks
n
Is organised and able to prioritise their workload
n
Has a positive, professional and reliable attitude
n
Can work both independently and as part of a team
