About the role
n Reporting to the Project Manager, your sole focus will be delivering strong commercial outcomes for the projects you are delivering by building positive, collaborative working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
n Key tasks & responsibilities will include:
n

Supporting the team in contract preparation including the development of the scope of work.
n
Tender preparation, submission review, and assessment.
n
Negotiation of contract terms and conditions.
n
Reviewing variations, assessing and processing claims.
n
Project cost reporting.
n
Ongoing contract management.
n
n
About you
n
n




Previous experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial or residential builder.
n
Degree qualifications in Construction Management – preferred.
n
Exceptional attention to detail.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and liaise with a range of stakeholders.
n
Extremely driven to develop your career within the construction industry.
n
