n Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to positively impact someone's life? We're currently seeking dedicatedfemale Disability Support Workersto join our experienced and supportive team, delivering 24/7 care in a participant's home.
n
Proposed Roster Structure:
n
n
Morning:6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
n
Afternoon:12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
n
n
This position involves a rotating roster coveringweekdays, weekends, and passive overnight shifts (with wake up calls).
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Providing personal care and hygiene support
n
Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean home environment
n
Supporting social and community participation
n




Preparing meals and assisting with nutritional needs
n
Assisting with mobility (Sara Steady transfers)
n
Medication administration support
n
Certificate III or CIV in Disability or equivalent
n
Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)- within 12 months
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
n
National Police Check- within 12 months
n
Minimum 12 months of direct or lived experience in disability support
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Full rights to work in Australia
