Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you'll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.

Your gig

You'll be provided with paid rostered hours to welcome, connect with and guide members while you build your personal training community
n
You'll be provided with PT leads to build your personal training community and be counted on to stay on top of PT admin

You'll deliver exceptional personal training sessions in world class facilities
n
You'll keep PT sessions safe...considering equipment, technique and pre existing injuries
n
You'll be empowered to build a true community and leverage your personality to help members experience physical and mental breakthrough moments
n
You'll contribute to a fun and supportive team culture, attending paid team meetings when required
n
You'll help keep the gym floor world class with planned preventative maintenance
n
All about you
n
You have your Cert IV in Fitness, your first aid certificate and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (approx 20 hours per week)
n
You are people focused and authentic. You know how to deliver meaningful PT sessions. You get a kick out of getting people to those I did it! moments.
n
You are driven. You love inspiring others to help members experience physical and mental breakthrough moments.
n
You enjoy working to targets. You have a can do approach. You're motivated to continually improve. A+ for you.
