What you'll be doing:

Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and running smoothly
n
General tidy-up around the kitchen and food prep areas
n
Plating and presenting food ready to go out
n
Helping prep ingredients and get orders ready
n

Do you need to know about Aboriginal foods and cooking already?

No — but if you do, that's a bonus, and we'd love to hear about it. What matters more is that you're keen, you show up, and you want to be part of something that means something.
