Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives and priorities.

Act as the primary technology advisor for assigned business portfolios.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective business and technology decision-making.
n
Identify opportunities to leverage digital solutions to improve customer, employee, and community outcomes.
n
Translate business requirements into technology initiatives and investment plans.
n
Partner with technology delivery teams to ensure successful execution of strategic programs.
n
Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers.
n
Influence and drive adoption of technology change across the organisation.
n
Provide guidance on emerging technologies, industry trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support technology governance, prioritisation, and portfolio planning processes.

Profile
n
A successful IT Business Partner should have:
n
n
Significant experience in technology business partnering, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership roles.
n
Broad IT knowledge across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, digital platforms, and technology operations.
n
Proven experience developing technology strategies and multi-year technology roadmaps.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels of an organisation.
n
Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives.
n
Demonstrated success managing technology vendors and strategic partnerships.
n
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
n
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology initiatives to organisational outcomes.
n
Experience working across complex organisational environments with competing priorities.
n
Experience within the not-for-profit, healthcare, education, government, or broader purpose sector.
n
Understanding of governance, risk management, and technology investment planning.
