In this role, you will:
n
Ensure the safety of children by preparing meals to account for special dietary requirements and allergies
n
Use your creativity and organisational skills to plan the menu and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director
n
Maintain high standards of food safety by ensuring all storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks is hygienic
n

You'll need:
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or food handling certificate
n
Experienced in preparing and adapting meals to meet a variety of dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances, cultural/religious restrictions, and specialised medical diets
n
Current TAS Working with Vulnerable People Check
n
