The Role

Work in an iconic venue in Carlton
n

Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner

Student and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome to apply

Mon to Sun shifts - 15 to 30 hours per week
n
Day and evenings shifts, weekend availability preferred
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 1-2 years in similar role, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
n
Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
n




Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
n
Able to carry 3 plates and complete tray service
n
Basic barista skills (able to do basic latte art)
n
Proactive and perform well in a fast-paced environment
n
Hold a valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working with Children Check
n
