Job Description
This is a hands-on retail role for someone who takes pride in exceptional customer service, sales and maintaining a beautifully presented store. As a trusted key holder, you will be given responsibility for opening the boutique and supporting its day-to-day operation at Stop Staring Boutique, a well-established designer consignment boutique in South Yarra, specialising in curated pre-loved luxury fashion including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior and Prada.

Key responsibilities
n
Delivering exceptional, personalised customer service to clientele
n
Building relationships with customers and consignors
n
Driving sales and helping customers discover and style pieces from the collection
n
Supporting the day‐to‐day operation of the boutique
n
Undertaking store opening procedures as an authorised key holder, including security and alarm procedures
n
Assisting with the intake, preparation and presentation of designer consignment items
n
Supporting stock control, inventory management and comparative pricing research
n
Merchandising and maintaining a premium in‐store presentation
n
Processing sales accurately and following store procedures
n
Supporting loss prevention and the security of high‐value merchandise
n
About you
n
Minimum 2–3 years' fashion retail experience
n
Senior sales or luxury retail experience highly regarded
n
A genuine interest in designer and luxury fashion
n




Strong sales and customer service capability
n
Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the store when required
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Ability to build genuine relationships with customers and consignors
n
Solid attention to detail, particularly when processing sales and handling high‐value merchandise
n
Reliable, organised, proactive and trustworthy
n
Willingness to take ownership of maintaining store presentation and standards
n
