About your new role
n
We're looking for a Cafe Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead our café in Collingwood.
n
A day in the life
n
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, supporting your team and building on the coffee, service and experience our customers know and love.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Building a positive team culture and bringing out the best in your team
n
Leading from the front and building on our reputation for excellent coffee, great service and genuine hospitality
n
Setting clear expectations and supporting your team to succeed
n
Keeping the café organised, well‐run and ready for whatever the day brings
n
Looking for ways to improve how we do things and proactively solving problems
n
Building strong relationships with customers and your team
n
Maintaining food safety,



hygiene and OH&S; standards
