Occupational Therapist – Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our growing collaborative team. You will manage a varied, rewarding caseload tailored to your specific clinical interests and experience level.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Conducting Initial & Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) for NDIS, private, and Medicare-rebated clients
n
Designing and delivering individualised intervention programs focused on sensory regulation, fine/gross motor skills, and independent living
n
Prescribing Assistive Technology (AT) and managing minor-to-complex home and workplace modifications
n
Providing outreach services to local schools, workplaces, and community hubs across the North East region
n
Collaborating internally with exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, and strength coaches to deliver holistic care
n
About you
n
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
n
Current registration with AHPRA and membership (or eligibility) with Occupational Therapy Australia
n
A valid Australian Driver's Licence (mandatory for regional mobile visits)
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients, families, and funding bodies (NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe)
n
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)



and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Competitive Remuneration: $130,000 – $160,000+ OTE. Commission structure: tiered by clinical experience and revenue generation (uncapped earning potential based on appointment volume).
