As Sales Manager for our Genesis Gold Coast Showcase, you will lead and inspire the sales team, oversee day-to-day showroom operations, drive the achievement of sales targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
n
You will also demonstrate strong people leadership, coaching and developing your team while setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
n
Implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the Genesis brand's premium positioning and customer-centric approach.
n
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Showcase Principal.
n
Oversee customer interactions, ensuring each customer receives a personalised and high-quality experience throughout their journey.
n
Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
n
Organise and lead daily sales meetings to review performance, set daily objectives, and maintain team motivation.
n
Assist in managing the sales budget, optimising resources to ensure cost-effective operations.

About you
n
You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic luxury automotive brand.
n
n
2-3 years experience in automotive sales management preferably with luxury brands.
n
You have knowledge of sales processes and mentoring individual and teams to success.
n




Ability to shift and change your strategy to the dynamic environment of automotive retail.
n
You find opportunities for growth and analyse strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
n
You are results driven, commercially minded and take ownership of your remit.
n
You can encourage, develop, and coach your team to success with the ability to motivate them to achieve targets.
n
Valid Driver's Licence.
