MR ROSES is a market leader in online fresh flower gifts, delivering beautiful floral products to customers across Australia. We are looking for a passionate, reliable and detail-focused Florist / Floral production crew to join our in-store floral team.

About the Role
n
Initially, this is a 4-day-per-week casual position, with opportunities for additional hours during our busiest seasonal periods.
n
You'll be an important part of our daily floral production, helping ensure every order that leaves MR ROSES is fresh, beautifully presented and prepared to our high standards.
n
Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Receiving fresh flower product and preparing flowers for production
n
Moving flowers between cold storage and production areas
n
Preparing flowers and ensuring they meet our freshness and quality standards
n
Preparing and packing customer orders according to MR ROSES design guides
n
Assisting with inventory control and stock management to minimise waste and maintain availability
n
Meeting daily production and quality targets
n
Demonstrating strong knowledge of our products and services
n
Booking and coordinating courier drivers
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe studio environment
n
Working efficiently to meet time-sensitive production and delivery requirements
n

About You
n




We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Some previous experience handling flowers or working in floristry
n
A genuine passion for flowers and beautiful presentation
n
Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Confidence working with stock, orders and time‐sensitive logistics
n
Sound computer skills and experience using a Mac
n
The ability to work efficiently and independently while following established processes and industry standards
n
A positive, can‐do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
n
A strong team mentality and pride in keeping a clean, safe and well‐run studio
n

Casual position — General Retail Award
n
As a starting guide:
n
n
Monday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
n
Tuesday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
n
Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
n
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
n
n
Hours can be flexible for the right person, with additional hours available during peak seasonal periods.
