About the Role
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to create seamless patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient engagement – Build rapport, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth patient journey
Phone and email coordination – Maintain clear and professional communication
Administrative excellence – Manage correspondence, invoices, stock, and accurate patient records
Patient accounts and invoicing – Process payments, including HICAPS transactions
Software proficiency – Monitor and manage Carestack communications and data entry
Treatment coordination – Assist in organising treatment plans, preparing documentation, and educating patients
Who We're Looking For
Have experience in Dental Administration and/or Dental Assisting
Are warm, professional, and patient-focused
Excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Are highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
Excellent computer literacy skills, Carestack dental software experience (training provided), and document preparation abilities.
Take pride in ensuring accuracy and high standards in your work
Are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
