Duties:
n
This role will see you managing a small portfolio of 100 commercial / retail properties located around Sydney's Inner East (many within walking distance of the office)
n
What you'll do:
n
Day to day management of your portfolio
n
Take and address enquiries
n
Conduct ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections
n
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and capital improvements
n




General client and contractor management
n
Undertake CPI increases and rent renewals
n
Attend Tribunal as required
n
About You:
n
3+ years of previous commercial portfolio management experience
n
Must have a COR and car / drivers license
n
Living locally or knowledge of the East would be an advantage
n
