Pearl is a beachside restaurant and kiosk on the Aldinga foreshore, serving Australian seafood, local produce and wine in a relaxed coastal setting.
We're looking for aRestaurant Supervisorto join our team and help us continue to deliver an amazing dining experience as we head into a busy season.
About the Role
As a supervisor, you'll work closely with the owners and our front of house crew to keep service running smoothly.
You'll be a natural host, confident leading a small team on the floor, and happy to jump in wherever needed.
What You'll Do
Lead by example and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Support and motivate the FOH team during service.
Assist with training current staff and building team culture.
Manage reservations, floor plans and guest enquiries.
Oversee payments, POS and end-of-day close.
Maintain high standards of service, safety and presentation.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a supervisor or senior waitstaff role.
Robust people skills and a hands-on leadership style.
Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
Passion for great food, wine and hospitality.
