About the Company

Our client is a national leading supplier based near North Lakes, with a strong reputation for quality products and premium customer service, including within the mining sector.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Interpret customer and mining client requirements to identify and source correct spare parts, components, and upgrades
n
Create a memorable customer experience by following orders through from point of sale, across departments, ensuring products are delivered in full and on time
n
Process internal sales orders efficiently and accurately
n
Support the sales team and dealers with order, stock,



and delivery updates for parts and fleet vehicles
n
Assist walk-in and mining industry customers with over-the-counter and phone-based parts sales
n
Build and maintain up-to-date product knowledge across parts, components, and fleet vehicle upgrades
n
Prepare quotes and manage data entry in the ERP system
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Experience as a Parts Interpreter, or in a similar parts/components role (mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded)
n
Sales experience or a strong understanding of sales practices
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A confident, outgoing, and qualified manner
n
Strong organisational and planning skills
n
Experience with ERP or CRM systems (highly regarded)
