Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems, including alarms and extinguishers.

Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire safety equipment to ensure compliance with Australian standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire safety systems and implement effective solutions.

Prepare detailed reports on inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.
n
Collaborate to integrate fire safety measures into building designs.
n
Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety protocols and equipment usage.

Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in fire safety technology.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in fire safety or a related field.
n
Proven experience as a Fire Services Technician or in a similar role within the building and construction industry.

Strong understanding of Australian fire safety regulations and standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Current driver's license and willingness to travel to various job site
