Key Responsibilities

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to build strong, long-term relationships
n
Communicate and visit existing clients to promote retention, growth and additional services
n
Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system
n
Provide general administrative support to the sales, finance and operations team
n
Work with clients in a professional manner with a focus on building strong relationships
n

Strong communication skills and a focus on customer outcomes

Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Goal-oriented and comfortable working to KPIs

Practical problem‐solving skills with commercial awareness

Demonstrated experience with CRM software
