We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation seeking an experienced CDD / ECDD Analyst to join their growing Financial Crime team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys investigative work, stakeholder engagement, and working within a rapid paced regulatory environment. The role will support ongoing AML/CTF compliance obligations, enhanced due diligence activities, and financial crime risk management across a broad client base.

Key responsibilities

n
Manage CDD and ECDD cases from initial review through to completion
n
Review and assess alerts, triggers, and system-generated warnings
n
Conduct enhanced due diligence and investigate potential financial crime risks
n
Prepare clear and well-structured case notes, findings, and recommendations
n
Review and resolve false positives in line with internal frameworks and regulatory obligations
n
Support ongoing due diligence, periodic reviews, and remediation activities
n




Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with AML/CTF obligations and internal policies
n
Assist with risk assessments and escalation of higher-risk matters where required
n

Key experience required
n
n
Proven experience within CDD, ECDD, AML, or Financial Crime environments
n
Strong understanding of AML/CTF obligations and regulatory requirements
n
Experience using First AML or similar case management / onboarding platforms
n
Experience reviewing alerts, investigating risk indicators, and handling false positives
n
Strong analytical and investigative capability with excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment
n
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce high quality case documentation
n
n
