Agile Business Analyst — Digital Transformation Program

Sydney CBD | Day Rate Contract | $800/day inc. super | 12+ months

We're partnering with a medium sized financial services firm *****+ staff) in Sydney CBD to find an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation program. This is a long-term contract engagement (12+ months) offering the chance to work on high-impact initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment.

About the Role
n
You'll work closely with cross-functional squads, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into explicit, actionable requirements - helping drive the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements within an Agile delivery framework
n
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
n
Support API integration initiatives, working with technical teams to understand data flows and system interactions
n




Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and stakeholder discussions
n
Support UAT planning and execution
n
Contribute to process improvement and change management activities across the program
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Agile digital transformation programs
n
Strong understanding of APIs (RESTful services, integration patterns, data flows) and ability to work confidently with technical stakeholders
n
Experience within financial services or another regulated industry highly regarded
n
Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
n
Agile certification (CSPO, PSM, SAFe or similar) advantageous
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
