Qualifications and Requirements
n
n
Valid NSW electrical license with at least 2 years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
n
Valid security license and master cabler license with at least 2 years of experience.
n
Valid NSW driver's license.
n




Construction Induction Safety (White Card).
n
Ability to fault-find, problem-solve, and efficiently install and maintain skills across the residential and commercial sectors.
n
Takes pride in their customer service, attention to detail, communication skills, and quality of workmanship.
n

Key Responsibilities but not limited to
n
n
Conduct testing and diagnostics to identify faults and issues.
n
Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in compliance with NSW regulations.
n
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues, solutions, and the work undertaken.
n
Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
n
Adhere strictly to safety protocols for a secure work setting.
n
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support continuous improvement efforts.
n
Generate reports for each job.
n
Update projects on Tradify (Project Management program).
n
Training your assigned Apprentice and ensuring their safety on job sites at all times.
