About the role
n

Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers
n
Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly
n
Building strong relationships with customers and developing a clear understanding of their needs
n
Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
n
Identifying opportunities to promote Rexel's products and solutions
n
Working collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and other internal stakeholders
n
Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations
n
Contributing to a positive team culture and a strong customer-first environment
n
n
You are someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for customer service, and takes pride in getting the details right. You bring a positive attitude,



a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in sales and the electrical industry.

You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive and team-oriented approach
n
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
A genuine interest in customer service and sales
n
Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
n
