Sunshine Mitre 10 is looking for an adaptable and motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join our Trade Sales team.
n
You will work with our existing customer base, reconnecting with dormant and non-transacting customers, encouraging increased customer spending and converting marketing leads into sales. You will also help develop new customer relationships.
n
No two days will be the same, so this role will suit someone who can multitask, solve problems and work confidently in a busy sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Contact dormant and non-transacting customers to generate sales
n




Build relationships and increase spending among existing customers
n
Follow up and convert marketing leads
n
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
n
Provide helpful product advice and after-sales service
n
Coordinate orders and deliveries with despatch teams
n
Work towards agreed sales targets
n
Report directly to the Trade Sales Manager
n

About You
n
n
Previous sales or customer service experience
n
Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
n
Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently
n
Robust relationship-building and problem-solving skills
n
Organized, with excellent attention to detail
n
Able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment
n
A positive attitude and genuine drive to grow sales
n
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and internal ordering systems
n
