This includes overseeing warehousing, yard services, transport, and supporting administration.

The role demands a leader who can align people, assets, and infrastructure to meet customer demand, and who is adept at embedding a strong safety and continuous improvement culture. a robust background in safety leadership, and experience in managing financial performance and driving productivity improvement.

The role requires a leader with the ability to manage strategic customer relationships, contribute to tender preparation, and ensure service excellence. A qualification in business, logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related discipline is essential, as is a valid Class C (car) unrestricted Australian driver's license. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies and be adept at leveraging technology, data, and automation to enhance decision-making and customer outcomes.
