99aupairs is looking for a high-performing Sales & Client Growth Specialist with proven experience in high-value service sales and strong closing ability. You'll work with warm inbound leads while also creating outbound opportunities, guiding families through a consultative sales process and confidently converting qualified prospects into clients.

Conduct high-trust sales consultations with families
n
Close high-value service sales confidently and consistently
n
Convert warm inbound enquiries into paying clients
n
Proactively generate and close outbound opportunities
n
Uncover family needs and position the right solution
n
Handle objections and follow up effectively to move prospects to a decision
n
Manage your pipeline and activities through Zoho CRM
n
Consistently achieve conversion, close and revenue targets
n
n
About You
n
n
2+ years' proven sales experience
n
Strong experience selling high-value / high-ticket services
n
Proven closing and objection-handling skills
n
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
n
Confident selling via phone and Zoom consultations
n
Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales
n
Strong follow-up and pipeline management
n
Self-motivated, commercially driven and accountable for results
n
CRM experience preferred
n
Family services, recruitment, NDIS or care-sector experience is a bonus
n
n
Earnings & Role Details
n
Location: Australia – Remote / Flexible
n
Hours: Full-Time or Part time, Monday–Friday
n
Remuneration: Base + uncapped commission
n
Earning potential: 79.4k OTE – Inbound Sales 93.8k OTE – Outbound Sales
n
Uncapped commission, with higher earning potential for strong performers achieving 9–12+ closes
n
