About Us

First Aid Coach Group Australia (RTO *****) is one of New South Wales' leading first aid training providers. We're expanding and looking for passionate, engaging trainers to join our professional and supportive team.
n
This role is primarily based at our Liverpool & Alexandria training centre, with regular opportunities to deliver onsite training at client workplaces across Sydney. We provide all teaching materials, equipment, and uniforms.

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
n
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Friendly, skilled,



and engaging training style
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Well-presented, organised, and reliable
n
Available to work on weekends is essential
n
Background in first aid or healthcare is desirable but not essential
n

Key Responsibilities
n

Deliver high-quality, engaging First Aid and CPR training
n
Create a supportive and interactive learning environment
n
Ensure all sessions meet RTO and compliance standards
n
Travel to client sites across Sydney as required
n
