About the Opportunity:

We are looking for the industry's finest Senior Section Waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end, fast paced restaurant environment,



strong passion and knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
n
n
Minimum 1 year experience as a Section Waitstaff in a premium venue
n
Must be able to carry three plates
n
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
n
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
A valid RSA certificate
n
