Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Business Analyst will take ownership of transformation, integration, and project delivery initiatives by translating business needs, current-state insights, and future-state design intent into clear analysis, requirements, and actionable deliverables.

Working closely with project leads, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders, you will lead the identification, documentation, validation, and implementation of business requirements, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through to execution.

To be successful in this role, you will bring hands-on experience delivering large-scale business transformation initiatives, with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple regions to drive sustainable business outcomes, whilst working in an autonomous team workplace.
