Turfpoint is a growing landscape construction company looking for an experienced Site Foreman / Landscape Leader to join the team. You'll be responsible for leading the team on site, coordinating day-to-day works, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to plan. You'll take ownership of projects and help build them from start to finish.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with solid experience in landscape construction who knows how to get a job moving and can confidently lead a crew on site.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Leading and managing landscape construction crews on site
n
Setting up and running projects from start to finish
n
Reading and interpreting landscape plans
n
Coordinating site works, materials, machinery and trades
n
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
Operating and working around excavators and other construction machinery
n
Working withExcavators / Posi-Trackmachinery




n
Managing day-to-day site priorities and solving problems as they arise
n
Communicating with project managers, clients and other contractors
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work site
n
What We're Looking For
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
Proven experience as aLandscape Foreman, Site Foreman, Leading Hand or similar
n
Experience operating or working confidently withPosi-Track and excavatormachinery
n
The ability to read and understand landscape construction plans
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
n
A strong eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
n
A current driver's licence
n
A commitment to safety and getting the job done right
n
