Responsibilities
n
As the Warehouse Leading Hand, you will play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse operations while leading and supporting a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
n
This is a hands-on position where you will work alongside the team while ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
n
n
Lead, support, and allocate daily tasks to warehouse team members




n
Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movements
n
Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
n
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures
n
Liaise with supervisors, customer service, transport, and operations teams
n
Assist with warehouse duties including picking, packing, and dispatch as required
n
n
Your Profile
n
n
Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
n
Prior experience as a Leading Hand, Team Leader, or Warehouse Supervisor
n
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Experience using RF scanners
n
Experience working with WMS and/or ERP systems
n
A current Forklift Licence
n
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
n
Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
n
SAP experience required
