The Role
n
This is a full-time, site-based position across the Greater Sydney Area.
n
You will work closely with our Construction and Project Management team and be responsible for:
n
n
Supervising day-to-day HVAC installation works
n
Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities
n
Reading and understanding mechanical drawings
n




Monitoring quality, safety and programme requirements
n
Identifying and resolving site and coordination issues
n
Communicating with builders, contractors and our internal team
n
Assisting with commissioning and project completion
n
Reporting on site progress and maintaining documentation
n
n
Who We Are Looking For
n
We are looking for someone with a foundation in the HVAC industry who is ready for their next step.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
A few years of hands-on HVAC/mechanical industry experience
n
Positive knowledge of HVAC installation and mechanical services
n
Some experience leading trades or taking responsibility on site
n
Ability to read mechanical drawings
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Understanding of WHS and construction site requirements
n
A valid driver's licence
n
Most importantly, a strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire to learn and progress
n
n
You don't need to know every aspect of the business from day one. We will train and support the right person.
