Overseeandcoordinatethecleaningofallkitchenareasandequipmentin accordancewiththehotel'sFoodSafetyandHACCPstandards

Superviseanin-house/outsourcedstewardingteam,ensuringalignmentwith Ritz-Carlton brand standards and operational excellence
n
Create and manage breakage reports, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to reduce loss
n
Keepthoroughrecordsandreportsforauditandcompliancepurposes,ensuringreadinessforinternalandexternalinspections
