Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs in NSW seeks a Duty Manager to deliver premium member service and lead a energetic team across reception, F&B;, maintenance, gym, pool and sales. You will ensure cleanliness, safety and exceptional presentation of the club facilities, including pool areas, steam and sauna spaces.

Key requirements include leadership, strong organisational skills, a passion for health and fitness, and current Senior First Aid, RSA and Pool Lifeguard qualifications.
