We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused full-time Trade Waiter to join our team at our Barangaroo location.

Provide menu recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Assist with wine service and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and set tables to ensure an organised, professional and comfortable dining environment
n
Greet guests warmly and present menus and beverage lists
n
Provide menu recommendations, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
n
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner in line with the restaurant's service standards
n
Provide wine and beverage recommendations, including basic wine pairing guidance, and support the Sommelier team in delivering premium beverage service
n
Assist with wine service, including presenting, opening,



and pouring wines in accordance with service standards
n
Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
n
Refill drinks as required and remove empty glassware and bottles efficiently
n
Provide bills and process payments accurately, including handling cash and electronic transactions
n
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service throughout the entire guest experience
n

About You
n
n
At least 2 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Good understanding of customer service standards and restaurant operations
n
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
n
