Job Description
We're a trusted solar and battery solutions company with a strong reputation for quality installations and ethical sales. We're looking for a motivated Solar and Battery Sales Consultant to join our team, managing warm leads while actively developing current business opportunities.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

What you'll do
n
Manage warm leads, convert them into happy customers, and maintain the customer relationship end-to-end
n
Identify and develop new business opportunities, including targeted outreach to commercial customers, referrals, networking and partnerships
n
Conduct phone and face-to-face consultations to understand customers' energy needs
n
Visit customer sites where required for consultations and site assessments
n
Work closely with our design team to develop tailored solar and battery proposals
n
Present proposals clearly and guide customers through the decision-making process
n
What we're looking for
n




Sales or business development experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate
n
Comfortable managing inbound leads as well as proactively developing new business
n
Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
n
Self-motivated and organised, with a willingness to learn and adapt
n
Current driver's licence, own car and laptop
n
