We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our rapidly expanding Norht Brisbane team.

About the role
n
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating insurance repair works across the Brisbane region while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey.
n
Your responsibilities will include
n
n
Preparing accurate estimates and scopes of works for insurance repairs
n
Building strong relationships with customers, trades and stakeholders
n
Managing repair outcomes in line with company KPIs and service standards
n
Ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations
n
Using repair management systems and mobile technology effectively
n
Delivering a high level of communication and customer care
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Cert III in Carpentry (highly regarded)
n
Current White Card
n
Current Driver Licence
n
Previous estimating experience (insurance experience highly regarded)
n




Strong understanding of the National Construction Code and WHS requirements
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Robust computer skills across Microsoft Office and mobile technology
n
Ability to read, interpret and create scopes of work
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
n
Insurance industry experience and water claim management knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
