Duties and Responsibilities
n
n
Manage construction schedule and daily work sequencing
n
Lead on-site construction activities
n
Oversee contractors and subcontractors, performance management
n
Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to maintain construction schedule
n
Lead HSE compliance across all camp construction activities
n
n
n
Monitor construction progress, identify risks, implement strategies to maintain project delivery
n
Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement and project teams
n
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, including client, operations and site-based teams
n
n
Key Skills & Experience
n
n




Relevant Trade or Tertiary qualification. Section 26 (essential)
n
Strong underground mining project experience (essential)
n
Technical understanding across civil, structural, mechanical services and electrical/utilities
n
Experience supervising large, multi-contractor workforces (200+ personnel)
n
Understanding of budget control, progress tracking, variations, and productivity monitoring
n
Highly effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
