At Active OT for Kids, we are looking for an exceptional human to join our team as our Front Desk Administrator, working alongside our Administrative Manager, Emily.

Your Role
n
As our Front Desk Administrator, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for children, families and our allied health team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Greeting children and families and helping them feel welcome and comfortable.
n
Answering phone enquiries, actioning referrals and booking appointments.
n
Taking and receipting payments.
n
Coordinating schedules for 8 allied health professionals.
n
Keeping the reception area organised, welcoming and running smoothly.
n
Completing start-of-day and end-of-day procedures.
n
Booking and processing payments for intensive programmes.
n
Coordinating collaborative appointments with schools and our allied health team.
n
Reading and responding to email correspondence and actioning bookings.
n
Taking information and coordinating assessments and appointments.
n
Supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy and collaborative practice.
n
Being an active, curious and dedicated member of our team.
n
