What we are looking for
n
n
Proven Food & Beverage leadership experience, with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to leading teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
n
Robust communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification required; RMLV/Approved Manager accreditation will be highly regarded
n
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
