Maintenance Plumber – Registered/Qualified Plumber

Bankside Plumbing and Gas is looking for a qualified and registered Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
n
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable and professional, and enjoys dealing with customers.

The Role
n
You'll be working across residential and commercial properties throughout Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula, carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs and servicing.
n
Your day-to-day work may include:
n
n
Maintenance plumbing and general plumbing repairs
n
Leak detection, diagnosing and repairing leaks
n
Clearing and repairing blocked drains
n
Roof leak repairs
n
Hot water repairs and replacements
n
Locating and repairing gas leaks
n
Preventative maintenance and servicing
n
Attending emergency plumbing jobs when required
n
Communicating with customers and providing professional advice
n
Completing job notes and maintaining accurate records
n
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship, safety and presentation
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2 years' maintenance plumbing experience post-apprenticeship
n
Robust plumbing knowledge and problem-solving skills
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Reliable,



punctual and able to work independently
n
Professional presentation and pride in your workmanship
n
Able to work across various residential and commercial job sites
n
Gas fitting and/or hot water experience is an advantage
n
Experience with high-pressure water jetting and CCTV/locator equipment is an advantage
n
Experience with drain cleaning equipment and inspection cameras is an advantage
n
