About the Role
n
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving product sales. Your responsibilities include:

Product Sales & Customer Service
n
n
Provide professional product recommendations
n
Assist customers with their tech needs and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
n
Stay updated with the latest tech products and industry trends
n
Put screen protectors on devices and repair some devices.
n
n
Store Presentation
n
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store display
n
Actively ensure promotional materials and product showcases are up to date
n
n
Customer Interaction
n
n
Help customers choose suitable products such as phone accessories, PC hardware, audio devices, gaming gear, lifestyle tech, and more
n
Build solid customer relationships and promote repeat business
n
n

Has a strong interest in electronics and technology
n
Enjoys speaking with customers and providing personalised solutions
n
Is proactive, confident, and results-driven

Has robust communication skills and a positive attitude

Is eager to learn and improve continuously

Works well in a team environment

Preferred (But Not Essential):
n
n
1–2 years of experience in tech/retail sales
n
Experience at Phone shops, computer shops or relevant shops.

What We Offer

Full-Time Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
