About the Role

Distribution Lineworkers | Wetherill Park, NSW

Service Stream's Power Division is seeking experienced and trade-qualified Distribution Lineworkers to join our team based in Wetherill Park, Sydney.
n
Reporting to the Works Manager, you will play a key role in delivering maintenance and construction works across the Ausgrid electricity distribution network, helping to ensure a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted power supply to customers throughout the region.
n
Position: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
n
As a Distribution Lineworker, you will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of Ausgrid's distribution network.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Timber and steel pole replacements
n
Defect rectification works
n
Crossarm replacements
n
Emergency response and restoration activities
n
Service wire replacements
n
LED streetlighting installation and maintenance programs
n
General network construction and maintenance activities
n
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role,



you will be a qualified Distribution Lineworker with demonstrated experience working on overhead electricity networks.
n
You will hold:
n
n
Certificate III in ESI Distribution Overhead (Powerline) or equivalent trade qualification
n
Relevant HV operating authorities and licences
n
Current High Risk Work Licence
n
Construction White Card
n
n
In addition, you will demonstrate:
n
n
A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
n
The ability to work productively while meeting project targets and deadlines
n
A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
n
Strong teamwork and communication skills
n
n
Desirable Qualifications
n
The following licences and tickets will be highly regarded:

Forklift Licence
n
Chainsaw Ticket
n
Dogging Ticket(s)
