About the Role
n
We're currently looking for motivated Electrical Fitters / Switchboard Electricians to join our growing team on the Central Coast.
n
This is a factory-based position only — no onsite installation work required.
n
You'll be building and wiring custom low voltage switchboards for commercial and industrial projects,



working alongside an experienced team in a busy manufacturing environment that values quality, reliability and teamwork.
n
Your day-to-day duties will include:
n
n
Wiring and fitting electrical switchboards
n
Installing electrical components and equipment
n
Reading and working from technical drawings and layouts
n
Busbar assembly and control wiring
n
Testing completed boards prior to dispatch
n
Assisting with production deadlines and workflow
n
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safe work practices
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
Electrical trade qualification or relevant industry experience
n
Previous switchboard manufacturing experience preferred
n
Confidence reading electrical schematics and layouts
n
Good hand skills and experience with workshop tools
n
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
